Grab a journal and a pen, and just start writing your thoughts - whatever comes to mind. Or you could even record your thoughts in Google Docs or on a phone note app.

Speaking from experience, one of the hardest things to do when going through a break up or divorce...or when trying to figure out when and how to start dating...is simply sorting through your thoughts, and separating what you believe to be true from the hundreds of mixed messages you hear every day.
